The return must be authorized and require with the specific form.

Packages without our exposed authorization have automatically refused

Return (for non conforming article):     
    
Within 14 days from receipt .      
The article is not conforming to order e/o to the description on the site.        
The article that is not conforming to how much orderly or it doesn't mirror the descriptive characteristics it will be to your choice:        
- Replaced (the expenses of transport will be to our load)        
- Refunded (the total included amount the expenses of transport will be refunded. The reimbursement will be effected within 5 days by the reentry of the article near our center.  
- The article must be return in his perfect integrity and in its original package in order not to jeopardize its reselling. Used items, tested, damaged and / or missing parts-accessories, without original box or wrong box,  will not be accepted.

Return for wrong size :         
        
Within 14 days from receipt .       
The orderly article will be changed ( to our decision ) with a different size with a 10% penalty of the value (return management ). The consignment of the rhesus will be to load and risk of the Client.        
They are excluded:        
- Articles that have been produced or customized for the customer's order    
- Articles purchased on specific application, of limited production, that are "special order" (not returnable to the National or International producer or purchased in different currency by the European and subject one to fluctuation).  
 
The new article ( if changed ) , will be expeditious within 20 days after the verified return and approved except not availability of the producer. In this case the times of delivery  depending from production of the article. If the article is,  in offer or discontinued the paid money ( net ) can be used for to buy other article (also with different amount with difference).     
      
All the expenses of transport are all to load of the Client.

- For an article, ordered  in wrong size and no longer available, it is possible to change it with another model or request a refund with a 10% penalty for the return / refund.

We recommend, so that to avoid uneasiness to set attention before transmitting the order.

The warranty covers the items sold for the specified time by the manufacturer and the rules in force from the date of sale, which is evident from the document issued and should be preserved or lose the same guarantee. The guarantee is valid for the original owner and is limited to functional defects of materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited to the replacement part to be defective, after analysis, and not incidental charges made in the same article determined defective and / or other damage that the article may be made to persons and property.

The warranty does not cover normal wear of the article or defects found after the wear limit approved by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover the labor to reinstall the article and transport costs.
The warranty does not cover those defects attributable to improper use or tampering external part given that affect its functionality or an improper installation.
The warranty does not cover mechanical components for racing
The guarantee, where valid, it is limited in all the cases, gives the extreme use of the articles to 12 months from the date of purchase.
The shipment of the article for warranty is paid and responsibility of the Customer. The  shipment of article to the productor for verification and subsequent shipping for Customer are paid from us
